Why We Have Have Monthly Team Member Of The Month

Every month, we have a team member of the month. This is a person who has gone above and beyond their job duties and made an impact on our company. They may have had a great idea that helped us grow or they may have been the one to make sure that our work was done on time.

This person is not just celebrated for their work, but also for their attitude towards work. We hold monthly meetings with them to discuss how they can continue to be successful in their position and what they can do to help others succeed as well.
